So for some reason it has finally hit me that I will soon be a mother to 4 boys. Yes 4 boys. Wow how did that happen? Well I know how that happened but I just think it is so cool that God chose this path for me. That he wanted me to have 4 boys...not 4 girls(thank you Jesus!). Just think it is so cool that they all came from Abel and I but yet they are so different.
I have been noticing little things with how fast the boys are growing up. I know it will be even more obvious when Joel is born. I see Chase and he is saying so many new things and getting so big! Kade is becoming his own person. For the longest he followed Nico and did everything Nico did. Now I see him with his own little personalty and I must say he is so funny! Nico is now 10 and acts so grown....he is becoming more picky about his hair,clothes....lord help me. Yesterday 3 little girls were here hanging around the house talking to Nico. I felt my motherly instincts kicking in and I was ready to go outside and make my presence known! Be proud of me instead I stayed in and watched out the window instead. All I can say is Nico should thank his father for keeping me inside the house....this time!
Oh so Jackie
Some good days and some bad. But loving and living life to its fullest.

Coping and praying
You ever have something going on and you put your all into it? Mine has been the birth of Joel.Preparing for him and just so excited to meet him....and then out of no where something tragic happens and smacks you in the face. That is basically what has been going on for a few days. Sadness that slowly continues to creep back in trying to steal the joy.
Last friday we received a phone call. It was a awful phone call.Smack one: One of Abels very close family members who we love dearly was hurt badly(physically) by someone else in the family and this all happened thousands of miles away.It has happened before but never to this extent. Smack two: Abel may have to go there and help with settling things down and then in return miss the birth of Joel. I literally felt so many emotions....I was angry that he may have to leave and did not want him to go, but on the other hand my heart ached for what had happened to this person.... and my heart ached for Abel. I know it will all work out, it is just going to be a long. hard. road.

I love it when you call me Big Poppa...
So I have come to the conclusion I just have huge babies. I guess I should know this by now..... The picture above is Chase. He was born 3 weeks early so I was not surprised by what I was told today. Today My OB (who is also my friend) said "girlfriend if you make it to 37 weeks he is gonna be a 8 pounder!" Wow! Alrighty! So another biggin! YAY! Well for those of you who do not know. I am one of those crazy women who is going pain meds free. I did this with Chase and I could not believe how great I felt after birth. I must admit my friend scared me a little bit today saying 8 pounder.....If I go to 39 or 40 weeks...maybe he will be a 9 pounder.....bless America.

spawn of the devil
So my second post now will consist of me complaining. I was sick all day yesterday. We will not cover any nasty details just know that stomach bugs are the spawn of the devil. I felt as though my insides were being pulled out. Joel was quiet the whole time while I was sick. I know everyone says that the babies do not feel your sickness but this was brutal.I know Joel was thinking "hey Mom can I get some grub?" I found myself crying to Jesus....I said "dear god make it stop!" I finally starting dozing off while watching octomom on Oprah.
Poor Kade also experienced some of the stomach bug but nit near what I did. He has been well today. I am just hoping no more come down with especially the biggest baby of them all Abel.:)

Take 2
So this is my second time of starting a blog. I have actually got further along with this one then I did with the other one. Proud of myself....I even have a playlist posted. I actually forced myself to post this first entry....I have been busy though. Preparing for Joel. The boys are very excited and can't wait. Yesterday I took all 3 boys out because we were going crazy being all cooped up in the house. Strangers are funny, I truly crack up at the looks of there faces when they see me(preggo) and the boys. I look like a 3 headed monster frothing at the mouth. I sometimes want to look at people and say "what are you worried about you are not taking care of them!" People are funny Bless there hearts....
